Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2013, at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation is planned for Friday, June 21, 2013, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Lebanon.
Interment will follow at the Sparks Cemetery, near Pittsboro in Hendricks County, Indiana.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation is planned for Saturday, June 22, 2013, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home in Lebanon.
Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
Funeral Services are planned for 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 21, 2013, at Pleasant View Church, 5295 West State Road 32, in Lebanon, Indiana, with Pastor Tom Evans, officiating.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2013, at the Pleasant View Church.
Interment will follow at Pisgah Cemetery in Montgomery County, Indiana.

The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 319 East South Street, in Lebanon, Indiana, on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at 10:30 a.m.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
The Rosary will be held at the mortuary on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. prior to the visitation.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, 2013, at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana, with Rev. Jerry Imes, officiating.
Visitation is planned from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, 2013 at the funeral home in Lebanon.
Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
Funeral Services are to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013 at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Sugar Plain Cemetery in Thorntown, Indiana.
